I will revise my review, as I've been employed as a driver a number of months now. I offer my opinion, your mileage may vary. If you're brand new to the industry, there's not a lot I can say to explain the experience. Even with decades of experience, I've been expanding my knowledge base here. You will be rewarded for your efforts fairly. You will do well to commit yourself to this close-knit team that takes the service of their clientele very seriously. If you're not willing to put your best foot forward for the customers, and value their relationships, I'd suggest finding an outfit doesn't care about the long run. I can't and won't say anything about my interpersonal relationships. It's all subjective, and I'm not perfect. But I will say I feel looked after and looked out for. They do work very well in helping me to meet my needs and commitments. The benefits are good, and I've not had to fight with health insurance red tape. Bottom line, I think if you want a no-nonsense trucking experience and aren't afraid to get your hands a little dirty, it's a good one. As time goes on, and this family better understands me, they'll know that I appreciate them. And I think the resulting deeper bond will be well worth the wait.
